Chalazion for 4 months, confusion
I have gone through all the related topics on chalazion, but now it seems that I have messed myself up. I haven't tried anything yet, but different opinions, different cases and different valued experiences shared in the forums have made me kind of confused about my situation.MY CASE:
Ive had a Chalazion for 4 months now and it does not seem to be going. My Chalazion is solid and on my top-left eye. There is no pus comming out.. Im not even sure it has any pus in it... It started out as a sty, then got all soild and stayed there... Its size is small but it is noticable. I want to get rid of it and I dont want to go through surgery and steroid injections.
FROM FORUMS:
- silicia 30
- hepar sulphris
- Arnica 30c
- antimonium tart (in forum it is said to be fast and removes rock hard chalazion in one day . is it ???).
FROM SOFTWARE (on this website):
- Apis Mellifica
After reading the related cases, these the different prescribed medicines. But which one should I use and how ?
I am completely new to homeopathy, but one thing i know for sure is - IT CURES.
(Note: I am 23yrs old (if it matters) and I never had a chalazion in past)

Wet a wash cloth and microwave it for 20 -30 seconds till it is bearably hot. Apply on chalazion 3 times a day 15 mts each time. Then gently massage it to encourage it to open. Do not over do it and cause bruising

STAPHYSAGARIA is suggested well, but you please take 1 dose of THUJA 1M, and do not take the staphysagaria at that day, the from the second day, again start.

yes, you take only 1 dose of thuja 1m, and then start staphysagaria, from the 2nd day.

I have a similar situation to the previous writer. I have had a chalazion on my upper right eye-lid for 5 months now. It is about the size of a pea. It has gone from soft to hard despite my attempts at compress. I have a surgery scheduled in 1 months time and would very much not like to 'go under the knife'. I have read alot about homeotherapy and it seems that it is definitely worth a try. I was wondering if I should follow the very same steps as the individual in this posting.

don't go for surgery. there are many post operation complications and it may recur too!
let me tell you that homeopathy works like a miracle in chalazion/sty. try staph 200 first for a week and see the result. otherwise consult a good homeopath. you may search related posts.

Sorry for my ignorance...I should only take the 200C, one pill for one week, right? or should I lower the potency to 30C twice daily?

hi,
I have a lump on my right eye to the inner corner. there is no puss,no itchiness and no redness, no pain at all. it is been there since 6 months. Docs suggested to go for a surgery, which I do not want . I think it is a sabecous cyst or a chalazion . i dont know. my friend , is also a homeopath she gave me argent nit and pulsatilla. which did not work. plzzz help me out. thanks

Hi Everyone!!! If You Have A Chalazion You Must Not Try To Pop It!!! Do Not Go See The Doctor Unless The Described Method Does Not Work!!! Buy Some Ginger In Its Raw Form At Your Local Grocery Store, You Will Find It In The Fruits & Vegetables Section, For about 5-10 Cents You Can Buy Enough!!! Take It Home Go In Front Of A Mirror, Slice The Ginger With A Knife And You Will Notice What Looks Like Water Left On The Blade, Sweep Your Finger Across The Side Of The Knife To Pick Up The 'Water' And Gently Apply It To The Lump On The OUTSIDE Of Your Eyelid, Make Sure You DO NOT Get Any Of The Liquid From The Ginger In Your Eye! I Had One Of these Things And I Heard Ginger Worked So I Tried This Method And In ONE Week, After ONE Application, It Was Completely Gone!! It May Take More Than One Application (If Its Really Bad, You Tried To Pop It, etc.) Please Be Careful, Remember Not To Irritate or Play With It Aside From The Treatment, It Needs To Be Left Alone!
