Blockage at the Neck of the Womb

Me and my wife were planning for the baby, but after 6 months through medical tests we come to know that my wife has blockage in the neck of the womb, We came to know after IUI as cathred was not able to go inside the uterus, due to which she is not able to conceive. Then doctoe adviced for ELISA test to check for some infection during her childhood which is positive. To cure this she has undergone surgery D&C + Laproscopy on 29th Oct 2005,but as blocking tissue was very hard so doctors can not dilate it and operation was unsuccessful. After
that doctod adviced my wife for Placentrax injection on alternate day, 10 injections to cure swelling. My wife is feeling better after this
as now she don't have sever pain that used to be happend on the first day of her period, which used to be there before these having these injections,but still she is not able to conceive. Now doctor is asking for another
surgery sometime in middle of Jan 2006 which will
include D&C+Laproscopy+Hysteroscopy to remove the blockage.
Then I come across one of my friend who adviced me for homeopathy treatment before going for second round of surgery. Then i consultated one Homeopath in delhi and told him complete history till date along with the
symptoms in my wife, who then prescribed my wife following medicines
Aurum Muriaticum Natronatum 3X -- twice daily
Tub 1M (Tuberculinum)
NetC 30 (Natrum Carbonicum)
Con200 (Conium)
He has asked her to take these medicines for two months before going for
Surgery.
I wants to know following things
Is this treatment ok for the above mentioned problem?
Secondly what are the chances that problem will be solved with these medicine?
Is there any other better medicines than above medicines.
Is it right to postpone the surgery or not, as there is no other mechanism to check the blockage in Uterus except Hysteroscopy and Laproscopy.
