andy65, Please give all information about yourself, your general symptoms and any other peculiarities.

Also, describe the exact sensations in your own words. What time and what factors aggravate the sufferings?

Hi ! andy_65_in,
I would like to share my knowledge here from ayurvedic and scientific research that Ginger is a very good medicine for prostate problem.Take ginger regularly with your food.
At the same time you can try homeopathy as suggested by the knower as it works like magic on having the correct remedy.
All the best.
