Have eaten something foul or what?

HI there, last few days I have had this slight but annoying pain in my lower abdomen. Looks I have eaten something bad - could be peanuts, or may be very hardboiled tea my office always serves. There is no diarrhoea, as I have excellent energy levels, and even played four games of badminton last night. But the nagging pain remains. Have taken a couple of doses of Pulsatilla and CarbVeg - but no help. Remedy finder says Bryonia. By the way, my thirst has increased a lot and more than that, I am taking large gulps of water at night. Cool water is giving great pleasure to me.. What remedy is indicated? I am 45, in good health, am strong and well-built and fair.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi,

Try 3 doses of Arsenicum Album 30c.

This is an acute remedy for food poisoning. If you feel better or worse
after dose one or two, then stop. Do not
take another dose until things stall out
or go backward.

Dissolve 3 pills in a couple tablespoons of water, stir and take one tablespoon in
the mouth and hold for 20 seconds.

Have 6 hour gaps between doses.
If nothing happens, another remedy
has to be chosen

A mild annoying pain in the abdomen is not food poisoning. Nobody who has actually seen or had food poisoning would mistake this for that.

Don't try to prescribe on presumed causes, only prescribe on the symptoms. This is an example where assuming the cause is sending you way off course.

Well, did not take anything at all but some ayurvedic churans which helped get rid of some apparently unwanted stuff in the system. Am Ok now. Thanks.
