Att. Dr Rishimba, need your help
Hello Dr. Rishimba,I would like your help, I have been dealing with a situation since Sept and have had no real help, I have a fissure and a perirectal abscess, the abscess seems to be located in the perineum region.
the fissure is painful and the abscess is so high up I can only feel it if I touch it from my vagina ,It is deep seated and it is as big as a pinpong ball. when this starts to form I develop low grade fevers and they do not go away until the abscess drains, This scares me because of the possibility of a septic infection. I was taking silica 12x with myristica and it ripened and drained ,then I was put on a different course (please check posts) and I think the abscess just got bigger and worst and never completely drained . The pain I feel when this starts to develop is on the left side of my buttocks cheek, intense pain in my tailbone and travels up near my left kidney region,.
please look at my thread for a clear understanding of what transpired.
now I have the cyst again because it never completely drained , I am so afraid of getting fevers again and so afraid of going through the excruciating pain again.

DR Rishmba thank you so much for taking my case,
I have what appears to be an abscess it is easily touched from my vagina so I cannot tell you the location if it is in the perineum area or up more. The fissure is located along the inner cheek of by left buttocks and travels up to the cyst/ abscess. When this starts to ripen I get severe pain in my tailbone and up to my left kidney region.
This seems to occur or aggravates when I have my period. A new symptom appeared a few months ago and that is bleeding from my vagina , I do not know if it is from the same cyst. This happened after I had intercourse and it never got better. So I decided to try Dr. Reckeweg R39 indicated for left side cyst and when I take this the blood intensifies and long shaped blood strings are expelled, If I would have to guess They look like thick, long strings with pointed ends all twisted together.
2) I get headaches when I get my period , on the right side of my temple and always feel crawling sensation in my nose
3) very tired, no desire to do anything , brain fog, inability to concentrate, forget things very easy and cannot absorb what I read, the minute I finish reading something I forget it just as quick, I was taking a course online for decorating and was forced to quit because I do not remember what I read
4)I my mother used to take me to Italy , when I was a baby and and every year there after, we used to be in the country side which was very under developed . I used to always get sick, intestinal sickness, vomit, fevers, diarrhea , this use to happen every time I used to go. The last time I traveled there was 20 years ago , the abscess occurred around that time I came back
5) symptoms worsen with period, my pressure is a bit high 130/80
6)Weather does not affect me
7) I do get easily offended, I am very honest, I do not like to associate with liars,I don't tolerate liars very well . I am very calm, happy go lucky, I am an optimistic person
8) Thunderstorms have no affect on me
OMG if you want to anger me , console me, cannot stand that nor do I like to be pampered,
I love my family very, very much.
8) I always dream of water or being underwater, which makes me awake from my sleep gasping for air, this happened again just this morning, the fear is terrible because when I awaken I cannot breathe so I have to get out of bed and gasp for air, and just the thought scares me. this happened often when I sleep on my back , face up
9) I crave butter, creams, want steak but when I eat it it doesn't taste good to me. I love lemon, vinegar,pickles
10) my hunger is a bit excessive cannot stand fish , thirst is less than normal
11) rarely sweat, used to sweat on face when eating , but this stopped about a year ago
12) I always have a problem with my BM. always feel incomplete, this morning I noticed a cluster of braided thick threads but so much of it ,have no idea what that was
13) I sleep on my right side, I breathe better.
When I sleep on my left side my feet and legs start to feel numb and hurt, when I sleep heads up I gasp for air while falling asleep I think I stop breathing for a split second.
14) I have no sexual desire, I do not a feel a thing
15) I have abused on antibiotics , always with some kind of infection, cold , intestinal ect
16) my father died of
lung c ,adenocarcinoma, it was in his lungs, intestines and into his bones.
17) I am about 55 weigh 160lbs, I have abdominal mass which I think is from my current problem, when I bleed I see that my lower abdomen is not as swollen. My breast have shrunk, and my upper back and arms are on the heavy side. a lot of my teeth had to be removed because they would just become loose and fall out, so now I am having dental work , he is capping my bad teeth and placing a bridge where the missing teeth were . I had 4 root canals done.

I feel worst in the morning when I first get up.
My sleep is light and do not find complete rest until after 5am that is when I actually get a good sleep 5-10am.
I get up feeling tired and unrested,irritable & sometimes bruised feeling but as I move about I start to feel better
after the flow I get terrible pounding headaches.
my vaginal bleeding is non menstrual. As a matter of fact I am bleeding now, I do not know if it is abscess related or maybe from another cyst.
when the abscess comes about the tailbone hurts in every position.
When the abscess drained I felt relief from pain in general, although the inner lining of my buttocks felt very raw and sore as if though I had surgery of some kind.and when I had a BM there was a burning sensation all inside my rectum.
I like cool environments, heat makes it difficult for me to breath
it is worst when menstruating it feels as though invisible worms are crawling .
my bleeding is a bit offensive, it has an ammonia smell ?

this is the same crawling sensation i feel in my nose.
Yesterday when I wrote to you I said I had no pain , well his morning I awoke with a little pain in the my buttocks again, this pain is from my abscess, it is starting to grow again, I am feeling discomfort now while sitting and a ball in my perineum area. Please Help me I am so afraid of going through the pain and fevers again, Can you please tell me what to take to prevent the fevers ?
I feel that this is starting again and progressing very rapidly, I have cramps in my lower abdomen as if I need to have BM but this cyst is obstructing the passageway and I do not want to strain, because when I do so the cyst gets bigger,
Just a note, I did find relief when I took the silica it helped it ripen and drained it asap.
everything else that I took and was prescribed did not help as much as silica did.

I understand from your symptoms that SILICEA is your remedy in this case. I had two remedies in mind initially but with what you have answered now, Silicea is the only remedy that will cure you.
You have to gradually shrink the abscess and this will happen if you take some higher potencies of Silicea.
Take 2 doses of SILICEA 200C on a SINGLE day, one in the morning and the other evening. Take the doses in empty stomach and clean mouth. No food or water one hour before or after the dose.
One dose would be 3 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water.
If you feel better in the next one week, you will have to repeat one dose per week for the next few weeks.
Please share your condition once a week here. In one month, if your condition doesn't improve or the abscess doesn't shrink in size, you should contemplate surgery.

thank you so much for your reply, today I do not feel any discomfort again, so this is leading me to believe that maybe this is a cyst in my perenium and sometimes if it ripens the discharge comes out from the fissure , because the last time I hade this occur was about 3 years ago. in twenty years I had this rupture about 4 times.
will the silica be helpful if this is a cyst?
today I am not bleeding from vagina, I think I have a cyst that bleeds. Because the lump is again hard and it doesn't feel like it wants to ripen. I have no pain.

No, for the time being this is the only remedy that will work to shrink the abscess. If you have no pain and no fever, this is the best time to start the treatment with 200C potency.
Take weekly dose for at least one month and then let me know your condition. Based on your report, if some other remedy is indicated later, we will work on it.

needed to update you on what occurred yesterday, started to profusely bleed from uterus expelling big huge clots, I expelled two of them, the bleeding lasted for an hour and then became less, the clots were purple and the blood bright red, I am now bleeding but not as heavy,, very light , is that a cyst that broke, I am afraid to repeat this incident,

Can't say anything about the cause of this non-menstrual bleeding.
However, I can say that SILICEA covers such non-menstrual bleeding strongly and I hope with a few doses of high potency Silicea, this bleeding is also going to stop.

The remediy arrived yesterday evening and this morning did take the first dose as by you prescribed, with the one dose the abscess just drained and is still draining , my temperature is 98.3, will take another dose this evening . will keep you posted.

No, please don't take any other dose. It means there has been a good response.
Take the second dose after about 10 days.

Hi Dr. Rishimba, ok I will wait 10 days , I feel ok, no fevers, and the abscess stopped draining, there is still a little lump left, but we will wait and see what happens.

Hi , I am sorry to bother you again but my abscess just formed again, the lump is getting bigger again. When The abscess drained yesterday the lump was very small then it stopped draining and the matter is forming again.
Should I take the silica until this cleans completely ?

If you see the lump is forming again and getting bigger, take a dose of SILICEA 200C and repeat it accordingly. You may take it two times a week but only when you see the lump forming again.

Dear Dr. Rishimba,
the abscess formed again, and the fistula (canal) is very painful had to take 2 ibuprofen for the pain.
The lump never goes away because the cyst never completely drains within 10 min from rupture the cyst stops draining and the lump remains.
please tell me what to take as soon as the abscess starts draining as to promote complete drainage,..

the abscess formed again, and the fistula (canal) is very painful had to take 2 ibuprofen for the pain.
The lump never goes away because the cyst never completely drains within 10 min from rupture the cyst stops draining and the lump remains.
please tell me what to take as soon as the abscess starts draining as to promote complete drainage,..

Please buy MYRISTICA SEBIFERA 9C or 12C and take 4 to 5 drops in some water every 4 hours. Take it for 2 days maximum.

Hi Dr Rishimba, I have taken the remedy Myr seb in a 30c 3x today and now finally the abscess is starting to drain, now I do not want it to stop prematurely, do I continue with silacea 200 or do I go to lower potency ?
do I continue with myrrh Seb until all pus drains or should I take another remedy, I await for your post.

Don't take SILICEA now.
Let Myristica sebifera complete its action of draining the cyst fully. Continue it once a day only for some days. Once you see the draining is over, stop Myristica and the next day, take a dose of SILICEA 200C.
