Breast refusal in 2 month old baby

My 9-week old baby is refusing to breastfeed for the past 4 days. I am able to feed only when he is falling asleep or just waking up and still very drowsy. Otherwise he pushes away from the breast and cries when I try to feed him.
He is drooling quite a bit and not pooping as much as usual, he went 4 days without a BM and is now having one once daily and it is a thicker consistency then his usual mustard stools. These seem like teething symptoms but it is still quite early for teething and I can't see any tooth buds yet.
Otherwise he is still his normal happy self and is generally very good natured except when he is hungry and will not feed.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This does sound like teething-my kids
had two teeth at 12 weeks and i went
thru similar thoughts-this early??

You can try up to 3 doses of Cal phos
30c. Mix 3 pills into a 1/4 cup of water
and give a tsp. as a dose. If you see
improvement or getting worse after
any dose, then stop and do not give
more unless things reverse. ( try this
with 4 hour gaps)

If, after 3 tries of this nothing happens
another remedy has to be chosen.

I tried the cal phos without much change. He continues the same behavior-- refusing to feed when he is awake and sometimes becoming frustrated while he is successfully latched on. He cries and kicks his legs forcefully. If I continue to try in this scenario he will gulp enough air to start spitting up pretty good. I am still successful at feeding him when he is mostly asleep but otherwise its nearly impossible.

Other characteristics:
-This occurs mostly during the day and he continues to sleep well at night
-His head is usually quite hot but his body feels cool and sometimes clammy
-He pees lots
-being carried and jiggled tends to soothe him
-occasionally laying him down by himself soothes him

any thoughts on the next remedy to try?

Try Chamomilla 30 the same way as Cal Phos.
Sounds like there is also gas and colic.
Make sure you are not eating gassy foods
or having stimulants.

I tried chamomilla first before posting on the forum, I've now gone back and tried it again. I seem to get minor improvement on some occasions but not over all and I'm afraid to keep redosing many times. Perhaps a higher potency?
He took a couple days off from the refusal but has started refusing again. He doesn't have that typically 'colicky' picture to me although he does have some periods of fussy/gassy behavior he is mostly pretty comfortable and easy to console.

If you think he is constipated and straining at stool and having
trouble burping, try nux vomica 30c the same way as indicated.

If baby is relieved from passing gas, lots of burping which relieves and is bloated
and decreased appetite try Carbo Veg 30c.

Mag phos and colocynthis cramping pain relieved by warmth rubbing - burping does not relieve the colic. (30c)

( I think the Cham is just providing a little pain relief and not really
taking care of it)

If you try a remedy 3 times and there is little improvement then
you need to try another one.Take one dose and wait for a response. If improvement is seen, continue to wait and let the remedy work. If improvement lags significantly or has clearly stopped, another dose may be taken. The frequency of dosage varies with the condition and the individual. Sometimes a dose may be required several times an hour; other times a dose may be indicated several times a day; and in some situations, one dose per day (or less) can be sufficient.

If no response is seen within a reasonable amount of time, select a different remedy.
