Pain in Left testicle particularly when i am sitting.

Sex: Male
Weight: 60kgs
Hight:5’6

I have a sever pain in my left testicle from almost 4 yrears. This pain is particularly sever when I am sitting. Pain is like nerves dragging pain ,while walking and sleeping i have mild pain but when i sit due to pressure pain is building up .nerves dragging pain is at its peak when i sit.
My left testicle is bit lagging. The pain is basically at the back of my testicles. Apart from that my left testicle went some backward. I mean my left testicle is not aligned with the right one. I have gone to many urology and done with scrotum doppor and semen analysis. These two tests report are. Semen analysis report was normal. And the scrotum report is like this:

Testicular artery on the right side RI measures : 0.48
Left testis measures : 3.6 x 2.9 x 1.6 cms. Volume 8.6 cc
Epididymal head on the left side measures : 0.7 x 0.9 cms.
Testicular artery on the left side RI measures : 0.62
Epididymis on both sides appear normal.
Proximal vas deference appear normal.
Evidence of bilateral Varicoceles.
Evidence of reflux on both sides.

Based on the report Doctor asked me to undergo the Bilateral varicocele and plan for Microsurgical varicocelectomy. Which I went on 26th Jan 2014 and surgery completed. But even after the surgery the pain remains the same. I paid around 1 lake for this surgery but of no use. I am completely clue less about this pain. I can’t find any other way to come out of this pain. Now from last 15day I started using Dr. Bakshi’s drops for Vein which is #B 48 DROPS (VEIN) with this I am also using Hemamalis 30c . 2time a day. I don’t find any improvement in the pain. This pain will start particularly when I sit on chair and I can’t sleep in normal positions. I am a software engineer and 90% of my work will be sitting on chair and work. Apart from all this I went to neurologist as well for a checkup. He suggested me to take an MRI of my lower spine. To check whether my sciatic nerve has any problem. But the MRI report is normal without any issues. I am fed-up of eating antibiotics and pain killers. I am feeling stressed and tense now. Because of this pain I am unable to concentrate on my work which is effecting my career. Above all I am planning to get married and I am worried about that as well. Can anyone understand my case and help me recover from this pain. I will be very thankful to everyone whoever helps me in this.
