Height pitence

Im 32years old.iam 5fit2.5 inch and i want to increase my height.i am frm nepal.please give me the solution .

Sorry, but the body cannot grow more height after
the late teen, early 20 years. And height is determined
by your genetics, unless you had some illness or
lack of nutrition in those growing years.
