Chronic enlarged sallivary glands

I have chronic sallivary glands more than 10 years. The swollen comes and goes. In the last 2 month my right submadibular got very big. After a week my R parotid start getting bigger, and after some days my L side (both parotid and submandibular) got swollen. CT scans and blood test are normal, no lymphoma, no tumors. High colesterol.
I am female, 55, in menopause since 5 years. Hate and very sensitive to any form of cold. Cold agravate pain in joints. Cannot eat fruits and veggies, because Inherited Fructose intolerance. Arthritis in several joints. Very tired in the last month. Lost my hope and interest in the last 10 years. Don't like sweets, and no preference for any kind of food. Warts on my nose and body. Dry skin and hair, but not dry mouth. Translucent top of the teeth. Swollen tongue, bags under my eyes. Sleep bad, get up as tired as I went to bed. Get up with my face and body swollen, but in 2-3 hours I am better. In the last two month I had Pulsatilla Thuia and Mercurius solubilis, without any improvement. Pulsatilla helped but not the sallivary glands. During the last 10 years I had Thuia, Pulsatilla, Sepia, Natrium Nuriaticum, Carcinosinum. All of them helped, but not the sallivary glands. Take every day Schussler Salts, eat and live healthy: small amounts of meat, and almost no gluten products.
