The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Help Please.

Hello,

I am a 26 year old female. I have had a rough life and always try to be positive. However, I push my emotions down so I don't feel. I had breast sarcoma and the age of 21 and had a lumpectomy. I did not take proper counselling and am dealing with this pain and others now.

I graduated college in December of 2013 and quit my retail job to find a job with my degree. I can not find a job.

I am very nervous and anxious to go to interviews, and do not like even talking on the phone. I have had many opportunities and I cancel or don't follow through because I am stricken with fear of change. I cry everytime I have to make a important phone call.

I have horrible PMDD and PMS. I am very moody and have outbursts. As well as become very depressed during these two weeks and don't want to do anything or speak to anyone. It is hard to get out of bed.

I have gained 40lbs in the last year and am not healthy, which makes me feel worse. I don't have health insurance anymore and can not get help/ don't want pharmacy drugs.

I am interested in a homeopathic remedy, but do not know what to take or do.

Thank you

Hello Zady101,

It has been a week and here are my results:

Day 1 I felt amazing and motivated. Not anxious or depressed. I wasn't sure if this was just a placebo effect or what, but I felt awesome!

Then day 2 and 3 I started feeling gloomy again. I had nightmares and couldn't sleep. I woke and my heart was racing. I felt very anxious and didn't want to get out of bed.

The week followed like this but not as intense. I had a phone interview yesterday and could not do it.. I was so anxious and scared. I wake up unmotivated and don't want to do anything.. so I don't.
