Urgent help for tooth abscess please

I have a tooth abscess it started with pain every so often (nerve pain) it was horrendous if I went in the cold or had a hot drink. Hypericum cured this.
Now I have abscess. I feel pulsing in my tooth. And it is so so tender I cannot stand to have anything hot or cold or even if I touch my tooth in feel pressure from the abscess and it's very painful. Warmth on my face helps it
Do I need belladonna or hepar sulph.

How does the location of abscess look & feel

How is the pain like e.g. constant, dull, throbbing etc.

How are you feeling emotionally & mentally

Emotionally fine just hungry from not eating much :-(

The pain sometimes goes but if I move I feel a pulse in my tooth.

The tooth is extremely tender. It's mostly a constant pulsing which can sometimes get quite alot worse. The area looks normal. I can't see any swelling or redness.

An x-Ray showed the abscess right at the top of the root touching the nerves

Please have a dose of Silica 200c, just one dose and report back.

I'm sorry I was in agony last night and hepar sulph and belladonna we're close matches just going by the book. I tried bith but the belladonna worked incredibly well. I only needed two doses and my tooth pain is now cured.
Amazing stuff.
