Head spinning on and off, some time headache, and lef leg feels light

Hello All.
I have some headache, head spinning all these are on and off, some time I feel better and sometime it creates problem.

For last 5 days I have been seeing my left leg has feeling some lightness.

Please suggest or let me know if you need any additional information.
