Dr.Shawrav pls help my 9 months old baby with squint

Please help me for my 9 months old baby who have squint ( strabismus).

Her eye balls are slightly turning in ward. Sometimes we feel like the right eye ball is turning inward. Other time we feel like the problem is with his left ball. He did not have any problem when he was born. Later when he was 4 months old he started looking on to his hand all the time. Even now he always looks on to his right hand. He move his fingers and watch them. I think this made his eyes look like this. Other things which may help for choosing remedy are as follows.

1) baby boy 9 months and 20 days old.
2)normal delivery
3) did have colic pain issue when he was 2 months old which was resolved with homeopathy.
4) he is always active and play with his hands and legs .
5) always wish to be out door or travel in car.
6)his head is always warm as if he have slight fever
7) he mistly stare at things by tilting his head in one direction as if he like to see it only through one eye.
8) he often fart.
9) his stool is ok but no regular timing
10) he sweats a lot sometimes even when it is cold (especially head)
11) he is still not trying to crawl on his feet. And not trying to stand up either.
12) his weight is now 8 to 10 kg
13) his hair growth is very slow and less.
