spring water
To have wet dose it is recommended in FORUM to buy SPRING WATER. Kindly let me know what is spring water?.Is it same as bottled water available under varios brand name like BISLERI,AQUAFINA etc.

I have promoted the use of Spring water to make the Wet dose since 2005 and since that time I have ample evidence to prove that any Homeopathic remedy taken in the Wet dose is more effective in its impact on the patient.
I live in Sri Lanka and cannot therefore advise you about the 2 brands you listed which may be OK but it is recommended that you check the fine print on the label as it is not impossible that they are just filtered water which is chlorinated.
Chlorine will antidote any Homeopathic remedy instantly.
Mains water can be use after boiling to release the Chlorine.
