homeopath just passed away...need dosage advice

I had been seeing a wonderful 85 year old homeopath who sadly passed away. He was treating me for a prolapsed uterus that occured two years ago after a pregnancy. I'd been taking Sepia once a month for about a year. I don't know if it was the remedy or time, but things are so much better now. I am having trouble finding another homeopathic doctor in my town. I want to order Sepia from this site, but am not sure of the dosage. I was taking it once a month. Any advice would be grately appreciated.
Sincerely,
Christie

My response thank you for helping me

How much do you feel better after taking Sepia? Over the year of taking it once a month, I believe I have noticed changes. In the beginning I had aggregations and past symptoms resurface and go. For a few months, I did not even have prolapse symptoms. Last month had had a few days in the middle of my cycle when they returned.

Do the symptoms return in case Sepia is not taken? A few days of feeling the prolapse which causes some return of frustration and stress for me. My pelvis has been out of alignment again this past month and a half too.

What sensations do you feel connected to the uterus? Almost like a tampon is halfway out

Do you hv any issues with ovary? Pain, inflammation? No
Did the uterus prolapse during pregnancy or sometime after it? Please elaborate it happened four months after my son was born by way of C section. My first child required three hour of pushing

What makes the condition worse?
I am not sure. There are days when I feel it and days/weeks when I do not feel it. I am afraid of lifting anything heavy or use my stomach muscles.

What makes the lower back pain/pelvis pain better? Rubbing, Applying pressure, hot baths, ice packs, rest, movement, etc? Really nothing. I see a chiropractor who realigns things

Does sitting by crossing legs help in easing pain? I don't have pain with the prolapse just not confident with my body and ability to lift and exercise.

Do you hv any headaches? I don't know what Hv stands for. Yes, for months after starting the remedy, I had a severe headache the first day of my period. It was like clockwork. I have not had this for about 4-5 months

Do you feel wandering pains or electrical shocks or any other kind of pains in your body? Describe in detail. About 10 years ago, I had tingling down my thighs. Went to many doctors no one could find anything wrong. Went to a chiropractor took many adjustments to realign my pelvis. Now, I just see her when I am out of alignment several times a year. I also had numbness in my finger tips ten years ago was diagnosed with Reynauld's syndrome. It just went away. This was also a symptom that reappeared after starting to take Sepia. My fingertips and palms turn red and tips tingle. That too has gone away.

Take 1 tablespoon from the cup ONCE only.

1 tablespoon = approx 2 teaspoons

Throw away the cup and the remaining water.

Please update me after 1 week.
