absence epilepcy
hi, my daughter is 5, was diagnosed with petit mall siezures at age 3. the doctor put her on zarontin, it was working , she was siezure free, but i couldnt stand side effects(stomach pain ,poor appetite ,anger, depression,)so i got her off the med.after few months she got siezures again. would like to try some homeopathic med, please give me some advisezircka on 2013-04-14

1. Whether foam is coming out from mouth at the time of siezure
2. Whether she is falling backward or forward
3. frequency of siezure
4. How long it is
5. Whether it is on Full moon or no moon day
6. Whether siezure is during sleep
7. Was there any problem in pregnancy

thanks for answering.My girl is healthy and very smart besides patit mall siezures . she doesnt take any medication now, we stoped zarontin 1,5 years ago. doctor wants us to treat her condition and try different med ,but i cant agree after seeing her wild, crazy and depresed on med and when i read about side affects of all med that kind.thay say this tipe of seazures is not damaging brains and she has a good chance to outgrow it. last EEG test shows she has seazures every 10 min and 12 sec long. there no foam coming out no falling. she just freeze for few sec and cant hear anything. was no problem during pregnancy , normal delivery .she has seisures at sleep too. i cant say anything about full moon, if thats effecting her, but some days i can see a lot more episods than other day, also i think she has more at afternoons than mornings . hope to hear some advises soon, please, thanks

PL give deworming treatment first. You can ask your family doctor deworming compound or tablets (may be like Bendex etc). It is because 70% of the epilepcy cases are due to worm
After that you can give
1. Oenenthe Crocata-30 6 pills twice a day
2. Cupram Met-30 6 pills twicw a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2

thanks for recommendations . i contacted dr. Prasanta Banerji and got very similar prescription on homeopathic med to the one i got from Tamhankar. the problem is my girl is very pikki eater so its impossible for me to make her swallow 24 pills per day, she carefully inspects her usual food, so i could crash and hide one or two but not 24. i also just spoke to a friend of mine (she is a doctor in Italy but very much interested in homeopathy) and she recommends to wait at least another year with any kind of medicine, avoid stress and junk food if this condition not effecting my daughters intellectual development. and i can say its not - she is extremly smart ,speaks and reads in two languages , memorising long poems ,songs, very well behaved , selfconfident ,very social and friendly 4years old (i feel she is 14). i would like to hear your thoughts about no treatment for now??? i was also reading about parasits and worms , i would try some medicine for it but i need something safe(natural , homeopathic ), can someone recommend safe and really working parasitic cleanser

Have you considered giving her a PROBIOTIC?

I had to hide them. so you do not swallow them-

thanks for advises , i will check her for worms at our pediatric clinic .she is complaining about her legs pain and cramps since she is 2 specially at night(not every night but a lot, some nights she doesnt sleep at all, but she is ok sleeping in the morning really late and no complains ), she also talking about stomach pain, that last few minutes and than she is fine and it can repit few times a day. she is never hungry, eating process is long war every time(she is holding food in her chick and not swallowing for long time), she eats very limited kinds of food and mostly the same every day, but she likes milk and that was all she was eating almost till she was 3.now she drinks just a cup of goat milk not even every day.i give her organic yougurt with probiotic to drink every morning. do u think she needs more probiotic in pills? do you think all those little thins connect with her epilepcy somehow?thanks

thing to do and first thing to do is get her
checked for that.

worms. So if she has them and you get rid of
them, that might take care of it.
But first, you need the facts. A probiotic is going
to help if she has had antibiotics in the past.
Many times, people have to try different brands
of probiotics bc they affect everyone differently.
Some brands give people stomach aches
and cramps. Seeing that she is already in distress,
I would not do probiotics right now bc it is
going to confuse the issue.

hi, i am still waiting for parasits tests results , but its another thing i forgot to say about my girl, that she has some warts and moles on her body. since last summer she has plantar wart on her foot , it was flat hard little wart in the middle of left foot. i was using wart remover medicated bands during winter and it was doing the job,few layers of skin came off but she didnt give me chance to take out roots, so i left it and few days later i saw a big spot with a lot of roots and some black things inside under the skin . it looks like it spreads and its not flat anymore, its really bumpy and size off large bean. its clear color but inside looks like black poppy seeds .also few month ago she got mole or wart on her butt,its skin color and growing . any suggestion ?

All these things go together. You don't want to suppress
things here by treating 'parts ' of her.
Wait for the parasite test, then the Layers of this can
be properly gone after in the right order.

1. You should tell all the thing together so that totality of symtpoms can be taken into account.
2. Even if she is suffernig from worms, parasite test may come negative.

sorry, but i didnt think its could be conected, just read few cases on the forum about epilepcy and realised that people were asked about warts and moles , thats why i added this.

1. parasits test came out negative, she was tested for different kinds of worms, we had to wait for a long time( like 10 days)becaose it was growing. 2. warts on her foot are gone complitly , skin is clear and looks its no roots left. so what should i do now? some days its less and some days she has a lot of siazures . i am waiting for advises, thanks
