This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can give her
1. Naja-30 6 pills twice a day
2. Digitalis-30 6 pills twice a day

Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2

Pl take the treratment for 15 days and then give feedback
Pl continue Allopathy medicines right now.
We will try our level best to cure the patient
