Gastritis (acute) + Shoulder pain (acute) + + Dysentery

Dear Doctor,

I am 37.

Now I am suffering: Gastritis (acute) + Shoulder pain (acute) + + Dysentery

i) Dysentery – suffers from 10~15 days.
ii) Acute chest pinch like pain inside limbs + chest muscle pain caused by acute gastritis.
iii) Sometime when I take a large breath, there occurs a pinch like chest pain at limbs.
iv) Sometimes pinch like pain occur at chest inside limbs at right/left during louder laughter
v) I suffers Gastritis problem from my age of 15.
vi) Weak bowels systems from my childhood. NO constipation.
vii) Irregular bowels system whenever eats outside foods at hotel, etc.
viii) Sometimes hardness of stools occurs at beginning and creates crack at rectum caused by hard particle due to not proper disegted.
ix) Thumb like area pains at stomach during walk/after eating sometimes.
x) Pains at lower shoulder joints (trapezious muscle) from my age of 15. It really suffers me, it excavate during sit at computer or reading table.
xi) ASO titer found in my childhood 250.
xii) My mother & Metarnal grand mother died in Rheumatoid arthritis.
xiii) Slight Knee pains I feel from my childhood sometimes.
xiv) No respiratory problem I have.
xv) Tongue – sour after eating.
xvi) Tonsilitis – from childhood.
xvii) Teeth – weak, loose, from childhood.
xviii) Smarting sensation at eyes sometimes.
xix) When tensed, sweat occurs at armpit, some yellowish mark occurs at shirts.
xx) Some cannels creates inside check, not bothers but I think it creates pimple & results in sunken at face – not much.
xxi) Pains are there in the root of head hairs some particular area.
xxii) I am lean & thin in general with deep black eyes, ambitious, hurry, restless, tense, meritorious, nervous.
xxiii) I like light cold breeze.
xxiv) I like to eat all kind of foods, but – oil creates problem of gastritis.
xxv) I like to drink tea 2/3 per day but it sometimes creates problem of gastritis.
xxvi) Palm & feet are hot, sometimes burning sensation.
xxvii) Restlessness sleep.
xxviii) I hurt on my front head when i was 6. After then i cannot move my head frequently.

NOTE: I took the following medicine earlier in different times,
i) Phosphorus -1M
ii) NM -1M
iii) Alumina – 1M
iv) Bary. Carb – 200/1M – it works to me like magic for tonsil only.
v) Colocynths -200
vi) Colchi -200
vii) Hep Sulp- 1M
viii) Chel mej -200
ix) CF -200

But out of them I think no medicine can work like magic and I cannot fully ret rid of from the aforeside disease. Please help & give me a complete remedy.
