Pain between right side public area and thigh

Respected Sir,
I am having pain transferring from right side public area to right thigh.Snap uploaded for details.

Present problem and symptoms:

My Problem:
After masturbation I am feeling pain starting from Right side of public area extending to Right thigh and lasts for a week.
Pain in anus.

My health condition:

I am having constipation and it takes nearly 10 mins daily to clear my bowels.

Please suggest medicine to cure this problem.Present medicine I am taking for hydocele is Graphites.

My suspect is I am having spermatic cord pain and pain in public bone.If my symptom is related to the above case please suggest the medicine.

History:
I have undergone scrotum scan.Reports indicated varicocele and mild hydrocele at right testis with lots of internal echoes.

For Varicocele I took hemamilis internally and externally and it is cured.

For hydrocele i am taking Graphites 2 times a day and doing hip baths daily.

Eagerily waiting for reply.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may have this pain due to taking Graphites daily. You should stop graphites and see how that affects in 15 days. Later you may take three doses of Lycopodium 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects you overall in 15 days.
