BICO equivalents

Hi, I have BICO medicines with me which I usually use on my kids for cough and cold.
I normally use the Natr Mur (6x) and Kali Mur (6X) and Ferrum Phos (6X).
I wanted to know what BICO medicines should be given to build immunity specially during the winter months.
Also currently my son has a lot of congestion and cough. What do you suggest I should use?

BICO don't act as powerfully as homeopathic remedies. But they do provide relief in many cases. There is no need to individualize much for Bico which is needed to arrive at a homeopathic remedy.
