The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Which way round

Hello All,

I had been prescribed Sepia Officinalis and Ignatia Amara by my doctor a while ago. The combination worked wonders to get my anxiety attacks under control and eventually I stopped taking the medication.

Regretably, I am now feel the same way again and was thinking of restarting the same treatment (I still have the medications). Only thing is I cannot remember which way round the medications had to be taken - I know that one was to be taken in the evening and the other in the morning.

Any suggestions as to what might be right here? I should mention that I am travelling so I don't have the option of quickly contacting the doctor and checking.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I don't think it matters. I would do the Ignatia at
night bc that can release a lot of emotions. The
point was to have a long gap between the two
medicines.
