Child with stomach problems
Hello,My daughter is 8 and was recently taking some prescription Chinese herbal medicine for a torn ligament and damaged kneecap. After several days, she mentioned that the medicine seemed to be bothering her stomach. Suddenly, after a dose two days ago, she felt very sick and completely lost her appetite. She says she feels hungry, but when she eats a little bit immediately feels full. In the beginning she had diarrhea, but now seems constipated. I tried Lycopodium, but she seems to have no relief. I am not sure what to give her.

Thank you, will try. I forgot to add that she was overwhelmingly sensitive to sound and touch, but did change since I gave her the lyco. Also, she is weirdly averse to the sweet taste of the homeopathic pills and complained a lot when I gave her 1 or 2 remedies. That is the first time ever for this kind of complaint and she has been taking homeopathy all her life.

She has had a couple doses of Nux, but not much noticeable improvement--her mood seems better, but she is still complaining about her stomach a lot, that it feels 'lumpy & blown up' (like a balloon). She does have a slightly better appetite. Her diarrhea has turned a yellow color. Also, for the past two nights she had pretty severe night terrors-many throughout the night.

Also, she drank much more today--quite a lot of water, but has only eaten a little plain toast and a tea biscuit.

Please wait and see whether she improves on her own. If she doesn't give her Sulphur 30 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

Thank you! Also, I played comforting music while she was sleeping and the night terrors went away. She had an appetite for cereal this morning, which is a huge improvement--thank you again, I think the other dose of sulphur really helped.
