Allergic problem

I am 30 years old and suffering from allergy since 1999. Initially it was nose allergy but from last 5-6 years I also got breathing problem. All the time I feeling irritation in my nose, back part of nose and throat. I tried lot of allopathic medicine but they are giving me only temporary relief only. When I feel breathing problem then I have to take asthelin inhaler. I feel lot of allergic problems from dust and other pollutants present in air. Breathing problem increases in winter season. Breathing problem occur any time but it occur more in early morning hour like 3 or 4 am at night. Nose are watery every time ,lot of sneezing and nose block make my life hell. I am looking for a permanent treatment for the problem. Please suggest me homeopathic treatment for my allergy problem.

i read your history so start these medicine.

1- lemmna,minor.30c

15+15+15 drops three time
with sip a water.

2- teucrim.30c

15+15+15 drops three time
with sip a water.

both medicine mix up water.

3- pulsatilla,nig.200c

daily night time 20 drops
with sip a water.

medicine used for 7 day,s and then report.

Dear Manu- while you are waiting on homeopathic
remedies to boost your immune system and get rid
of allergies for good ( which it can do, bc it did it for me)

You can try this for relief and will also help you to maintain
your energy from having to fight the dust , etc.

Use a sterile salt water nose spray- a few times a day.
In USA we have one called ocean premium sterile salt spray
and it comes with a gel that you can put in nose also.
Get a similar thing where you are and get one with no
medication in it.

What this does is clear out dust, pollen etc and not let it
stay in the nose- sinus. It provides also a barrier.
Then the cycle of irritated nose, sinus, then mucous
and mucous going into the bronchial tubes does not
happen. All it is - is sterile salt water- it does not interfere
with remedies. It helps a lot.

Thank you very much Sir for guidelines. Defiantly I am going to apply sterile salt water nose spray along with the homeopathic remedy(that I am already taking) prescribed to me in this post.

Respected Sir - Today it is 7th day that I am taking prescribed homeopathic remedies for my allergic problems. I got considerable improvement in my allergies. From the first day I didn't have breathing problem. Nose allergies is also reduced but it is not fully gone. I am also taking nose spray several times a day. Now I am not feeling itching and irritating constantly in my nose and back part of nose. Itching and irritation starts(nose and back part of nose) after regular periods like every one hours. After every one or one and half hours I got itching and irritation in my nose and back part of nose and due to itching sneezing starts. Nose block problem is considerably reduced to 50 to 60 percent but nose block occurs when I go outside in cold. Please provide further suggestions.

only for PULSTILLA 200 start twic a day. i mean two time daily 17 drops morning time and 17 drops evening time. other medicine regularly same time.
medicine used for 4 day,s and 5th day report me.

Respected Sir I am taking these medicines as prescribed and scheduled by you again. But I didn't get any more improvement in my allergic symptoms. I am still feeling irritation and itching in my nose and back part of nose.

Respected sir, Sorry for delayed response but I was also trying breathing exercises along with homeopathic remedies. During this period I have noticed that nose blocking and itching in nose is reduced. But I feel itching and breathing problems when I travel outside in traffic for long time and it also expedite along with falling temperature outside(means in winter).

Dear Doctor Badar,
I am felling better than before up to around 80%. In normal working routine I am completely fine. when on weekends I have to go outside for some personal work, I have to spend more time in traffic and pollution. On those type days I felt some breathlessness in early hours on morning like near about 4am or 5am. But now this is less intense then before. Irritation on back part of nose happen but its automatically disappear after around 1 hours. I am also doing breathing exercise 1 hour daily. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Dear Doctor Badar, I am felling better from last week. I don't feel breathing problem this week and there is no irritation on the back part of the nose. The only thing is when I deep breath then I feel whistle sound from my chest but it didn't create any problem (like pain) for me. Please suggest.
