Excessive dry skin & excessive tiredness

My husband has suffered from severely dry skin most of his life. It gets slightly better in summer months but usually looks like snake shedding skin on his legs but also dry on arms, back, etc. He also had epileptic seizures as a child for a period of time and took some medication and then they stopped. His main concerns at present are he is trying to become more fit but he tires so easily. He can barely take a walk around the block and he feels wiped out. He trys to do a weight session and it takes him 3 o 4 days to recover. he has sleep issues, never feels fully rested or if he wakes up and feels like he got a good night's sleep as soon as he starts doing things he starts feeling tired. We were under a lot of stress with the health of our son for many years and this struggle wore us both out, up middle of the night with him because he was not well so we went many years with little rest. So sleep deprivation is a part of it but my husband said he always had sleep issues. He once thought he was hypoglycemic because he would get shaky if he didn't eat carbs, etc. Looking for someone to take his case if possible.
Thanks Much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take a dose of Calc Carb 30c at morning and a dose of Petroleum 30c at night both of them 30 min before meal.

Continue the medicine for 7 days. Report me in every 3 days.
