would such dream indicate improvement?

I walked by a room, looked into it and their were girls. Who started immediately laughing. Then I walked into the room to see what they are laughing at. Whether it is me or not but they stopped laughing. Usually this affect me to a great degree. I would be confused and assume they are laughing at me always when I see someone laughing.

I also dreamed of a soldier shooting at me and I shot back. Only after awhile the thought came that I am doing something dangerous and might die. So I was more careful and hid when the soldier was close and tried to shoot me, I shot him first

But I dreamed of snakes also again after long time. That people were filming a land of snakes. And when I woke up I felt so heavy with heart palpitations because my window wasnt opened wide enough through the night
