someone please help and respond urgent!

SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND TO MY POST I URGENTLY NEED HELP:

Hello, I am twenty year old male;

MY CONDITIONS AND SYMPTOMS ARE:

1. I have hypothyroidism (only a high TSH,the T4 and T3 are always normal)

2. High Insulin levels due to Insulin Resistance (Acanthosis Nigricans on neck and armpits and groin area)

3. Hypogonadism: Very low testosterone levels (testosterone and dihydrotestosterone)

4. Fatty liver (non-alcoholic) and digestive complaints such as:

5. Slow sluggish digestion, early satiety, feeling of fulness after a few bites of food, acid reflux and sometimes regurgitation of food, loss of appetite, bloating..

6. I am OBESE weighing 238 lb and height is 5 feet 9.75 inches. My daily caloric intake is less than a 1000 calories as I cannot eat much due to the digestive complaints, and cannot lose even 1 pound with diet and exercise,

Diet is pure veg due to religion (no eggs, fish, meat...)

7. Have some thyroid swelling (neck is pretty thick)

According to Allopathy; I have a hormonal imbalance,

From a ayurvedic practitioner the diagnosis was a kapha imbalance.

MEDICINES:

1. I take levothyroxine 88 mcg .

2. For the insulin resistance (no diabetes) Metformin 850 mg once a day.

3. No male hormone replacement
as my doctor thinks my body will stop making its own testosterone.

4. For the acid reflux I take prevacid as needed.


PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT HOMEOPATHIC REMEDIES AND MEDS I CAN TAKE. PLEASE ALSO SPECIFY IF I SHOULD STILL TAKE THE ALLOPATH MEDICINES ALSO WITH THE HOMEOPATHIC TREATMENT. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU.
