Dr. Nawaz, I need your help.

Hi, doctor! I need your help again, please.

My brother is sick, and I found a remedy for his psychogical ang physical state. This is Kali iodatum. But I need find a remedy for his acute psychological condition.

Suddenly he gets panick attacks due to difficulty breathing, palpitations, and intense feelings of both anxiety and helplessness, feel a deep concern for his health and inability to cope. He also has obsessive thoughts about his health. For example, he thinks that he has a heart problem, have done a few times cardiac assessment as showed that he has no problems with the heart. But he still claimed that he has this. Every time he 'find' on something else. Because he is physical strong, flexible person (involved in sports) and has strong self-confidence, ashamed of his thoughts and behavior, but can not handle his condition.

I thought, as a remedy for his acute condition, Arnica or Syphilinum, but not sure.

I need your advice, please. Tanks a lot for advance.
