3 1/4 year old son grinding teeth during sleep

My 3 year old son, Nyo, has been grinding his teeth intermittently while he is sleeping since he started growing his back teeth.
It is intense & has gotten increasingly louder. He also snores most of the time. I don't know if he does it every night, but I do hear him doing it at least a couple nights a week.
He is active, very tall for his age, balanced build for his size (not to thin or thick), usually very happy, talkative, & friendly with people he knows, often a little shy with strangers, moves bowels once a day. His bowels have been very light in color (yellowish beige) & soft for a month or so now.
He takes a lot of coersion to take time to urinate a lot of the time.
He usually wants someone else to play with him, but will sometimes play by himself for a few minutes.
He has sort of an obsession with touching people's faces gently.
His face gets red when he is warm & skin gets sort of purply & spotted when he is cold even before he says he is cold.
Loves to be in water.
He has bouts of anger when he doesn't get his way during which he yells with very strong frustration & has more recently started slapping mom during anger.
He recently started throwing screaming/whining fits after we have had a fun outing & we are leaving.
He has a hard time letting himself go to sleep. He will stay awake as long as he possibly can.
He doesn't want to listen or focus when he is being told something to do or not to do.
He loves music, has very good rhythm, & spends a lot of time singing songs & drumming.
He doesn't get cold easily, but when he does, he shivers.
Not generally afraid of things, but when he does show fear, he wants to revisit the things that cause him to be fearful over & over until he is comfortable with it.
He loves to eat meat, fish, & cucumbers, fruits, yogurt, cheese, milk, almond milk, & breads/grains, will eat lettuce, mushrooms & some other vegetables if coerced. Likes salty & sweet foods, but I don't give him much in the way of refined sugars, corn syrup, or food coloring (rarely consumed).
He has been catching colds very easily recently & often (2 colds in a 3 week period last month). He often has a lot of head congestion which I think is contributing to the snoring.
He usually wakes up & comes to our bed some time after 2 am.
That is all I can think of at the moment that might help determine a remedy. Please let me know if you need more information.
We don't have a local homeopath, but I have had very good results using remedies for specific symptoms in the past, so I would like to be able to treat with homeopathy.
After reading some other posts on the forum, it sounds as though Bell or Tub might be good options, but I would rather not treat without a knowledgeable opinion. Please advise with recommended remedy, potency & dose. Thanks so much

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him five doses of Cina 200 as follows and report back after 7 days (only 3 doses in 7 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

day 2 evening
4th dose

day 3 morning
5th dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 15-20 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thank you for your response, Kadwa.
I have ordered the Cina & will report back 7 days after beginning dosing.
I am not sure what you meant when you wrote '(only 3 doses in 7 days)' since your recommendation says to give 5 doses in 3 days.
I will assume that was a typo & follow the more descriptive directions of 5 doses in 3 days unless I hear otherwise from you before we start dosing.
Thanks again!

(only 3 doses in 7 days) is a typo error. You got it right. 5 doses in 3 days (and no doses for 4 days, so it gives 5 doses in 7 days).

Thank you so much, Kadwa. I am sorry I did not report back in the time you requested, but I have not heard my son grind his teeth loudly the way he did prior to taking the cina. My husband said he did hear him grind a little bit when moving him after he was asleep to his bed once or twice. Also, he has not expressed the strong frustrated anger he was displaying before. I don't know if this has anything to do with the remedy, but is a welcome change.
I have one question. Did you recommend Cina as a constitutional remedy or a remedy specific for the teeth-grinding?

Cina was suggested on the basis of all reported symptoms like teeth-grinding, irritability etc. It is one of the accomplished children remedies. You may repeat three doses at a gap of 12 hours whenever he has a significant relapse in his symptoms.
