Distended Stomach

Hello, I have been having a chronic problem with a distended stomach. No gas or bloating, just the sensation I've eaten a lot (though my stomach grumbles otherwise). I've gone up a couple sizes purely from my stomach being distended. Under a naturopath's direction I completely stopped eating wheat as I found I had an allergy. I actually don't eat any grains as they all cause me problems. Haven't been able to completely give up dairy (cream in my coffee, yogurt) tho the doctor also says I'm lactose intolerant. I also have a terrible time losing weight tho I exercise for an hour everyday, cardo and weights, and also keep my carbs between 50-100. Any thoughts from anyone on remedies that might help? Is the dairy somehow related to the distended stomach and lack of ability to lose weight? I'm home today from work as I simply couldn't even zip up my skirt...!

I am 5'6' female, 32 yrs old, up to 158 lbs from 135 a few years ago. Feeling like I'm living in a body that is not me.

Hi, You are welcome!

Please take Pulsatilla Nigricans Q, 4 drops in 1/4 cup of mineral water, 3 times a day, for 5 days. If period starts, then, please stop this remedy immediately?

Report progress after 3 days.

Many prayers for your good health.

Regards
Nawaz
