Runny nose -10 months old

My daughter is suffering from cold since past 5-6 days. When it started she was quite irritable and had stuffy nose but there was no nasal discharge. I took her to a nearby homeopath in my hometown and she was better but still she is having runny nose on and off after so many days. I am in another city and cnsulted another homeopath but the remedy is not at all working. Please help to treat this..

She is also teething at the moment and has become a very fuusy eater. She has an extremely low appetite and not gaining the required weight that she should. feeding her has become a nightmare. Could you suggest something to improve her appetite?
