My wife has toothache

I am filling the history in advance to save the time.

9. List of your complaints -toothache right last upper molar.

15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine)-Normal

16. What exactly is happening?
My wife is having tooth ache for last 4 months or so I started with Bry 30 ,mag phos 12x,30x w (responded) hepar sulph 200 (responded)
but after some time the tooth achs returns actually it started with staphy.200 which was given to her after colocynth 200 for her stomach ache (left sided)
actually she used to suffer with left side headache in a 2-3 inch area just 3' above her left ear so I cudn't judge but after staphy 200 her lft upper molar started paining and I gave her all the above remedies, then corelating the headache and tootache I gave her Hypericum 30 and she immediately relieved of pain and went in deep sleep for 1 hr and felt fresh, again a dose on next day 1 more dose of hypericum 30 and was ok for 5 days but the pain has again returned.

26. Family Background -Mother/father expired natural death mother was chronic patient of cough(sputum) and coyza in capable of expelling sputum,she has inherited this problem.

also 1 month back given bell.200 few doses and ruta 200 with temp relief.
Her ears are blocked due to chronic cold but no problem in hearing but she feels some times that voices are coming from a long distance,her sense of smell is also below normal,I think the toothache aggravates with cold.she seldom has problem of teeth her teeth are healthy in general.The monsoon is still active here.As such she is very active and finishes all house hold works very fast she is very fast in her work,and is not afraid of it in normal course.
Now a days she forgets the names and also nouns and uses pronouns in place of nouns.
She also has pain at the back of the right ear little ahead of end of lower jaw which rises from there and goes to head abou 3' above the ear,now she is telling the pain also start from right tubinate(nostril) reigon andgoes to head earlier described.(this semms separate from the present toothache this pain is there since many years she says she feels little relief in the head when she presses behind the ear with her finger tips).Presenly both pains are there,she does'nt respond well to pulsatila 30,200.
Now a days she seldom suffers from cold.But I feel she should be able to expel lot of sputum she has accumulated over the years,she has never been able to do that.
One striking thing is this that she coughs when she useing ear bud when there is itching in her ear.
Recenly she expelled some sputum immediately after the dose of hypericum and it continued for three days...good know..

dear docs,
This is third day when i had given her hypericu 30 1 dose and kalimur +mag phos in bio.( just before posting my message on this forum)she is feeling ok so I choose to wait.... thanx for you prompt responce.
