Plz,can anyone tell me the reason for my hair loss and advise some medicine?

Age-31
Female

My main suffering - Hair loss for last 3 years from temple and left hand side where my scalp is easily visible when I overturn my hair to one side. Hair line has receded. My scalp is sore at the to center of my head , whenever I touch it, it pains.

physical sufferings do you have in your body- Migrane for last 10 years and I have kidney stone pain for almost an year I guess, 4 months back, I got severe pain and doctor told me stone has been flushed out.Now again I started having pain in both kidneys earlier there was a stone in left kidney now I am sure it's in both.

mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings- depressed & why am I prone to so many problems?

What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst- depressed but at the same time I feel I won't give up and fight with every problem till the end.

When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease- It started 3 years back from august 20o8 and in nov , I had some major surgery, It was not because of some disease but due to an injury.

Which time of the day you are worst- Night time is the worst time when I think about all my problems and feel helpless and can't sleep at all.

When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather- feel better during summers.

Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc- I've all the characteristics stated above.

Do you like being consoled during your tough times- yes

Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc- smell, dirt.

Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?- Talking to oneself.

How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive- very less, I don't feel hungry at all.

Is your sweat normal or less or more? -sweat is normal

How well do you sleep? - never slept properly, never had sound sleep.

What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication-tried nat mur, phosphorous that to be for three days max just on dose in a day but didn't help, my hair loss starts again after a month passes by.
symptons surfacing after homeopathic medication- I always get cold and sneezing.
secondly I ma not sure, I am afraid of taking homeopathic medicine as it might lead to some side effect such as numb limbs or paralysis attack. I do get these symptoms(numb limbs) after taking medicine- I don't know may be it is psychological, 'coz I am afraid of taking medicines.

Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance- 5'2 tall, weight 44 kg, can't gain weight.

periods - fine.

Please can anyone tell me - is this hair fall problem is due to hormonal imbalance or tension or some other reason,. I guess , I have given answers to most of your questions whch can oocur.

Looking for your kind help.
