Pre Cum all the time

Dear Doc,

I've been travelling a lot and when I came off the airplane I had pre cum... The past week I am all the time pre coming and I think I've got some bacteria from a tolite or could it be from my new girlfriend ?

When I urinate is normal and I have no burning feeling at all... So what medicine should I take to get this bacteria away ? The place I am at the moment is really remote and I don't have access to see a doctor..

Please advise what should I do, awaiting your kind reply.

Please take three doses of Nux Vomica 200 as follows and report back after 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
