acne on neck

hello. i am a 36 year old woman. recently i started to have acne on my neck, it is horrible. these are bigger pimples, some are like white on the top and can be squeezed but don't go away for a long long time. it is like a cluster of pimples together on each side of my neck under my chin.

info on me. i exercise regularly and i am in pretty good health, no problems and ocassional stress but not a particularly uptight person. i do smoke about 3 cigarettes a day, i crave eating meat at times, especially red meat and i tend to eat alot of veggies and fruits, pasta, etc. i try not to eat too much sugary things, but i do especially when i am hungry.

i am not particularly fond of drinking water, but i have been adding mint leave and lemon to the water to make it more palatable for me and this helps. i also make many juices of green leafy things and i enjoy the taste, even if it's a bit bitter.

please any info would be greatly appreciated, it is not very nice to have this especially in the summer when i wear a scarf or something around my neck...
