Hello. I am seeking advice to treat an ear problem.Had a virus about 3 weeks ago, symptoms were bad congested cough for about 4 days which cleared itself, and slight aching in limbs.
About one month before this I had a virus with very blocked nose, which I treated with saline drops via the nose; the result was an acute sinus infection with throbbing pain for one night on top of my jaw!
My problem now is that I have had an ear infection (after the second incidence of the virus) which the doctor said was very infected and pussy and I have been on antiobiotics- oral and ear drops. I still have a repeat on the ear drops left, but there has been no change in the symtoms since I began the antibiotics.
MY SYMPTOMS NOW ARE, AND HAVE BEEN FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS:
Hearing impairment/partial deafness in left ear;
Sensation of fullness in left ear, as if it is blocked, like when you swim and get water in your ear.
There is no pain and no external discharge. I am very tired and don't sleep well. Thankyou so much.
