5 month old baby with acid reflux and constipation

My 5 month old has acid reflux symptoms and constipation. Acutally he is breastfed and doesn't go potty but every 5-7 days and only with help of magnesium or nux vomica. He also takes an acidophilus that is not milk based but carrot based.

His right eye has an infection still and may be blocked. He has acne on his chin. He has constipation/not going poopy for a while. He actually doesn't have hard poopies but it takes 5 - 7 days to go. He is breastfed only. When I lie him flat for too long he cries and feels better when I hold him upright and hold his tummy. He eats often like every 1/12 hours and 2 hours at night. He is also teething I think and drooling always putting things and his hands in his mouth and moaning often.

He was circumcised with a drug and took antibiotics in the hospital.

Please help me with this as I want to see him go more regularly and be a happy healthy baby all the time.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
For constipations of infants, give Silicea 30, once every other day. Stop after 2 or 3 doses and write back.
