nightfall and kidneystone

Hi Dr. J.K.Mohla,

I am having nightfall for past 9 years. I used to masturbate a lot but now I have stopped it.

Now I am having nightfall thrice a week and feel lot of mental and physical weakness.Semen is also passed with urine.

Also I have bilateral kidney stones of 2-4 mm. There is a tendancy in the body to develop kidneystones. I am taking the homeopathic treatment for kidney but that particular doctor doesn't listen to my nightfall problem. And also I don't know what all medicines is he giving for Kidneystone. My age is 23 and height is 5'7.

Please advise me as I feel helpless because no one consider my problem as serious.
