increased waist in 2 weeks

i am 28 years old and doing office job so not very active man. but i always had a 32 inch waist but i dont know suddenly in 2 weeks my waist goes to 33 while i was still on the same routine....... now i am doing weight lifting for about one month but it is still like that so can some one tells me the right medicine i use so that i get rid of extra fat on belly ....... thax alot

1o drops thrice in ad ay
