please suggest me a remedy

i had undergone cataract operation to one of my eyes two years ago,but my vision hasn't improved.I had consulted many eye specialists,they told me that operation was success but due to some nerve problems i am unable to see the object clearly.The image is blurring,not clear.My profession is driving, iam 51 years old and cataract for my other eye is also increasing.I have been using cineraria maratima eye drops for last 4 months but there is no use .moreover,due to my profession body and leg pains are severe.so, someone please suggest me a remedy for my problems.

Try Ruta 6c one dose daily for 2 weeks. Report thereafter. Continue cineraria. as it's known to produce beneficial effects after 6 months of using.
