Abnormal estrogen levels in men

Hi,

I am male 26 years old. I have excessive estrogen levels in my body.I have this problem since when i was 15 years. i have a ugly looking breast due to estrogen levels. I have been treated with testosteron drugs to reduce estrogen. It gives temporary low estrogen levels, it gets raised after some time. when i was 23 i entered gym to reduce fat in chest and taking advice from one of the coach there i took testosterone steriods to reduce fat and increase the testosterone levels in my body. i had a good look (highly built muscle on chest and biceps )then for about 1 year. Now i am completely out of steriods and any medication for around 2 years and i have the same issue again . I had a blood test done from a endocrinologist and now i have high estrogen levels. I have build some muscle on my chest but i have a bad look around my nipple. can you help me with some medication?
