25F Shiftworker & Student - Acne/Sleep/Lack of Motivation

Please help!

I have been dealing with severe cystic acne since I was 15. It is definately related to hormones and worsens before and during my period. I use a copper IUD for birth control, and have had it in place for three years.

The following are the symptoms I can come up with so far:

shift worker
low energy
sleeplessness between 0200-0500
difficulty falling asleep due to mental restlessness
acne on face and back and chest
urges to masturbate
urges to skin pick - obsessive thinking
painful periods the day before menses and the first day of bleeding
acne increasing 5 days before period and during menses as well
irritibaility during period
chronic low back pain
migraines with aura due to stress - pain in temples
nail biting since I was a child
lack of motivation, procrastinating
gassy, bloating
cravings for bread, chocolate, peanut butter - worse in evening
folliculitis on legs
plantar warts
difficulty concentrating
very tight calf muscles/achiles tendon
weight gain of 15 pounds in the last 4 months.

In the past I have had relief of my insomnia with coffea. If anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it. I am miserable!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Your remedies are as follows:

Acne Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken twice daily and also rubbed on the lesions with your finger tips as often as possible. Arnica will also help you to sleep deeper.

Gastric problems Nat Phos 6x dose 2-3 tablets taken immediately after meals. This remedy will also reduce your weight by up to 1kg per week.

You will also actively help yourself by exercising daily to sweat it out and control your food intake. Drink plenty of fluids chiefly water and stay away from Coffee.

You should experience some improvement in your Acne in a week and almost immediate relief from your gastric distress.

Stop all other drugs and medication as these 2 remedies will help almost all your ailments.

Report your response in a week.

Can you tell what shifts you do? If shifts are in odd time, they can alter your biological clock.

With given symptoms, i would like to recommend you to take a remedy Calc. carb. 30c twice daily for 3 days ONLY. Report after your next periods.

some guidelines:

Guidelines:

1) Do not take anything solid or liquid for half an hour before and after the dose.

2) Try to avoid taking coffee, tea, alcohol on the day of medicine and a week following the medicine.

3) Try to avoid the exposure to mint based substances, camphor based substances and also strong smelling substances including incense and strong perfumes.

4) Stop with the dose that produces marked or significant improvement or aggravation and report appropriately.

5) Do not handle the pills(if drops use a disposable exclusive dropper) with hand. Tip the pills using the cap.

6) Do not take any other homeopathic medicine during this duration until further updates and avoid all OTC medicines and supplementation except the medicines prescribed by your physician and emergency medicines.
