Uncomfotable feeling in right lower abdomin.
First of all thank you all for taking the time to read this post.For the past 3 years I have had this unconfortable feeling, the feeling almost feels like the after affect of getting kicked in your goods. on the lower right side of my abdomin It feels tight when I stretch turn my torso to the right but not tight when I turn my torso to the left. After I strectch it feels a slight better. The unconfortable feeling ranges from my lower pevlis area to my belly button (only on the right side). I usually feel it the most when I am siiting. Has anyone ever felt anything like this. I had a physical and I was checked and the doctor said my goods were ok but why do I still feel this tight abdomin almost painful feeling?
I hope someone can help.
