memory and word swapping problem. Dr Pankaj please see

dEAR Doctor Pankaj,

my nephew is only 6 years old ( a boy).
he is having both the problems
1. he couldn't concentrate towards studies.
2.he is having tendency to swap the words. Infact his voice is also not clear. we are not able to understand what he says. he speaks so fast and skipps the words and whatever he speaks is very unclear.

Can i give him the same medicine as you have suggedted to Mr. Prakash i.e Lycopodium and Aethusa?

one more thing he simetimes couldn't tell that he want to go to toilet and sometimes when he laughs continuously then also he urinates. I think he has soem urine infection also as he has iching in his urination area.
he used to rubb that area always.
plaese suggest some remedy according to his age.
