100% tea tree oil several times daily!!! it's some really amazing stuff. good for inflammation, acne, bug bites, etc...
wear sandals as much as possible
keep your socks OFF as much as possible
wash them a couple times daily or when you sweat.
after it heals, bleach your socks or get new ones. it cannnnn reinfect you. its contagious too.
also....peel off the skin that you can, THEN apply tea tree oil, so it can penetrate more.
