Dr. please help me
1. Age/Sex/Country/Climate:41/male/UAE/Hot
2. Current complain - from how long:
Bleeding pilessince 2 years, gastric problems, pain behind head lower side, backache, joint pains, chest pain behind ribs, lower abdomen pain, continuous mucus in the throat, cholestrol high (ldl), sinus problems, eyesight weak (far), skin problems like psorises, eczema, warts, sweaty hands & soles, sounds in ears, day dizzines & sleepiness, legs cold, loss of appetite, lack of refreshing night sleep, palpitation, cramps of legs, skin dryness, hair falling & greying, itching on body, white sticky discharge from genital, lack of concentration
3. Current medicine you are taking:
Homeopathic medicines - biochemic medicines also took sulfur 200 3 times in one day yesterday
4. Sign & Symptom of disease:
given as above, change of weather aggrates problems, AC aggravates cold bath aggravates, perspiration smelly & constipation
5. Breif medical history:
Fall down when young & had injuries on head, skin problems since childhood
6. Family Back Ground:
Father had skin problems like psorises, high bp & breathing problems
7. Education and Nature of Profession of Patient:
Masters & officer in a company
8. Desires and aversion of food:
Like salty & sweet food, warm food & aversion to spicy & cold foods
9. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry..etc.:
Sometimes restlessness wants to kill myself & others, irritable, short temper, in hurry, impatient, lack of confidence to speak in public, loving but irritated, dreams of water usually, fear of height, darkness, loneliness, future, illness, pessimist - sees dark sides first, sleeps straight
10. What makes it worse and what makes it better:
cold foods, anger, change of weather, thoughts & restlessness make worst. Mild climate, rest & warm food makes better
11.Thirst/Tongue/diabetic...:
Less thirsty/tongue white coated/ not diabetic

Your remedies are as noted below:
Bleeding Hemorrhoids (Piles) Hamamelis 200 in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
Eczema, Cholesterol, Eyesight, Insomnia (Deep Sleep) Hair Fall Arnica 30 in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
Leave about an hour between remedies.
Drink plenty of water (3 Liters) which is essential in the UAE where you dehydrate rapidly.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Ethanol pack also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you take a capfull which is the dose. Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.
Report your response in a week.
