Sepia causing abdominal Bloating and discomfort.

Hello I am 34 years old and have taken 5 doses of Sepia 200c within the last 4 months, the last dose being 1 month ago. I have seen my original symptoms of severe hormone flucuation reduce and my chin acne got a little worse after dosing but has since improved some. But I am experiencing some severe abdominal bloating that I have never had unless right before or during my period but this is even more so then at those times of my cycle. I constantly feel bloated but also feel hungry more often then before the remedy. This Bloated feeling is very uncomfortable not to mention unsightly. I believe I have gained about 5 pounds for no reason other then the remedy. I haven't changed my eating habits which are very good. I eat organic, fresh natural unprocessed foods. Only consume complex carbs, fruits vegetables and very little meat. Is this a proving of Sepia or an aggravation? Is there anything that can rectify the bloating without completely antidoting the Sepia? I am getting to the point of feeling like I need to antidote because I am very uncomfortable with this bloating. Thank you in advance for any advice/support you can give.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nux works well in bloating. It complements Sepia.

Carb Veg and Lyc may also help in bloating and they follow Sepia well.

Ant Crud antidotes Sepia and may help in bloating.

So you should check all these remedies and should use the one that is well indicated.

Thank you Kadwa, for your reply. I read through the remedies and 'I think' I am closest to Nux. But how do I know for sure this is the right remedy for me. I hate to cause more problems. I hope I am not getting lost in homeopathy. I am self medicating as there are no homeopaths in my area and couldn't afford one anyway. How would dosing work in this situation? Thank you again for your response. It is much appreciated.

You may take three doses of Nux Vomica 30c at a gap of 4 hours for only one day (not daily).

If you wan't my opinion on your indicated remedy you should submit the details.
Please copy the Questionnaire from the following thread
http://www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/188925/
and post all the questions here duly answered. On that basis your remedy may be worked out.

There are some breathing exercises that will help you in bloating and hormonal problems. Please read my posts on the breathing exercises called as Anulom Vilom Pranayam and Kapalbhati Pranayam by following the links given below. Please practise these pranayams regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. You may practise at any other convinient time. The only restriction that you have to follow is not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. You can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises.

I forgot to mention (about my sleep) I cannot sleep flat on my back for any extended period of time, I usually fall asleep on my right side with my arm under my pillow because laying directly on my shoulders is uncomfortable as they are somewhat broad. But most always sleep on my side with my knees bent and a pillow between my knees, always.
