swallowing problem

My mother aged 80years suffering from swalloing problem ( throat) and suffering dry cough while night. she having bleeding due cancer stage 3b. please suggest some good madcine to take proper food to get strength.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please add two drops of Arsenicum Album 1M to some 500 ml water. Please give her 1 tsp of this solution thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours. Please shake well the bottle everytime while giving the dose.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
