Chronic Perennial Rhinitis

Please advise remedies for treating chronic rhinitis. I have had it for the last 20 years. It improved after accupuncture last year.

Current situation:
Foul nose breath, post nasal drip with a need to remove mucous via mouth, stuffed nose at the root, dark circles under eyes, snoring. Mucous is yellow or white and often stringy.

Worse indoors, with central heating and with exposure to dust, cigarette smoke, fumes and cat hair. Worse at night, with alternate nostrils getting blocked on lying down.

Better in fresh air and upright.

Sensitive to cold, draughts. Averse to cold drinks, prefer warm drinks.

State of mind, sensitive to criticism, easily fall into depression. Feeling low due to rhinitis.

Broken sleep, no regular dreams.

Preferring savoury rather than sweet foods.

Previously have tried Pulsatilla for symptoms but it didn't help.

please take 5 doses of MERC SOL 200C each dose every 12 hours.

thus, in the first 48 hours you should have all the 5 doses.

take the doses in empty stomach and clean mouth. no food or water one hour before or after taking the dose.

one dose would consist of 3 to 4 drops of remedy in 10 ml of water slowly sipped up.

take the doses when you have the episode of rhinitis next.

come back after 15 days of taking the first dose set to report changes you felt ..for follow up doses.

Have taken the dosage, it's been a week since the last dose. Not sure what reaction to expect e.g. will it drain the mucous from the sinuses?

have you taken the doses during times of sufferings?

you should take it when you suffer the most.. and then note if the doses emiliorate the same..

tell me after your rhinitis episodes.
