pre mature ejaculation

Hi,
I have prob of premature ejaculation.. my sexual desire is weak as well ..
I am 32 yrs old.. when done the test found low testosterone .. 169 only (normal 200-800) .. doctor advised testosterone gel .. I don't want to apply as they have side effects ..
I have been musturbating for last 6 yrs or so .. even after marriage .. please suggest any medicine.
