please reply urgent

From the last 10 days my dog is suffering from a distinct kind of disease.
It started with swelling in the backside of the jaw and left-bottom of the eye, and now at present the whole of the jaw(below eye) area has got enlarged to an unpredictable extent.
There is no problem in eating and no noticeable depreciation in appetite.
A few days back , a kind of inner membrane(red colored)was coming out of the left eye, but now it has covered the whole of her left eye and as a result the eye has got totally hidden behind that red colored membrane.
From the last 2 days, a kind of greenish-grayish fluid is seen to be flowing out from the eye.
Further, the right eye has also got infected..since the same symptoms are been developing in the latter as well i.e., swelling resulting in the closing up of the eyes.
I have been at earlier times giving up medicines to my dog, which are generally suggested to be given to humans..and they have been resulting in a good cure, but this disease is out of books..so please help !

But the photograph is only displaying the initial stage, with which this disease started..at present my dog is suffering from a lot more swelling below the eye-or-backside of the jaw(which i am not able to know) , and the membrane is covering the full eye,with fluid flow.

Your pet seems to be having Conjunctivitis....mostly of bacterial or fungal origin as he has grayish yellow discharge.allergy on the other hand would produce clean watery one. does he rub his eye often?try to avoid this.first and foremost i would recommend u to visit your veterinarian to prevent any potentially vision threatening factor. like any other infection it is contagious.so take measures.
For now u may clean any eye discharges with clean cotton swabs dipped in warm water.
you may also try giving orally pulsatilla 12x liquid potency, 3 drops mixed with your pet's water, 4 times day.
